1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

1.1 Processing Times

Universal (non-custom) products: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days when instock. Please note that our universal IEMs are also handmade in Poland, and in specific cases, we may need to produce them to order with a waiting time of 2-4 weeks. If you need your order urgently, please contact us directly.

Custom in-ear monitors: Production time is approximately 3-4 weeks after receipt of approved ear impressions

1.2 Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments include tracking information and insurance.

1.3 Delivery Times

Europe: 1-3 business days

North America and Asia: 2-4 business days

Rest of the world: 3-7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance procedures or other factors beyond our control.

1.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

1.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

2. RETURNS POLICY

2.1 Universal In-Ear Monitors

2.1.1 Eligibility

You may return universal (non-custom) IEMs within 14 days of receipt if:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging
  • All original accessories and documentation are included
  • The product has not been used or damaged

2.1.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@limeears.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.1.3 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.

2.1.4 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

2.2 Custom In-Ear Monitors

2.2.1 Eligibility

Due to their personalized nature, custom IEMs cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or fit issue within our guarantee period.

2.2.2 Fit Guarantee

We offer a 30-day fit guarantee for all custom IEMs. If you experience fit issues within 30 days of receipt, we will adjust or remake them at no additional cost (shipping fees may apply).

3. WARRANTY

3.1 Warranty Coverage

Lime Ears provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, covering craftsmanship and internal components.

3.2 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper use, accidents, or modifications
  • Cosmetic changes over time
  • Damage from ear wax or debris
  • Products that have been repaired by unauthorized parties

3.3 Warranty Process

4. REPAIRS

For products requiring repair outside of warranty coverage, we offer repair services for a fee. Please Contact us for evaluation and a quote.
