If any customs charges are invoiced to Lime Ears, the customer will be invoiced for the appropriate amount, and necessary work will not be carried out until payment has been made.

Standard products: Typically shipped within 1-3 business days.Custom in-ear monitors: Approximately 3-4 weeks production time after receipt of approved ear impressions.

5.3 International Shipping

6. RETURNS AND WARRANTY

6.1 Returns Policy

Our full Returns Policy is outlined on our Website. For universal (non-custom) products, you may return them within 14 days of receipt if they are in original condition with all accessories included.

6.2 Custom Products

Due to their personalized nature, custom in-ear monitors cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or fit issue within our guarantee period.

6.3 Warranty

Lime Ears provides a 2-year limited warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. This Warranty covers issues related to craftsmanship and internal components but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or cosmetic changes over time.
